PeakifyX User Data Deletion Instructions

PeakifyX ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and complies with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. According to the Meta Platform rules, we provide this Data Deletion Instruction page to inform users on how to request the deletion of their personal and business data processed through our WhatsApp CRM and Meta Tech Provider integrations.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you have connected your Meta WhatsApp Business Account or Facebook account to PeakifyX CRM and wish to delete your associated data, you can do so through any of the following methods:

• Method 1: Direct Support Request
  Send an email to official@peakifyx.com or support@peakifyx.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - PeakifyX WhatsApp CRM".
  Please include your registered business name, phone number, and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID.
• Method 2: Remove App via Facebook Settings
  Go to your Facebook Profile -> Settings & Privacy -> Settings -> Apps and Websites -> Find PeakifyX -> Click Remove. You may also click "Send Request" to trigger an automated data deletion callback.

2. What Data Is Deleted?

Upon receiving your confirmed deletion request, PeakifyX will permanently delete:

• Stored Meta OAuth access tokens and credentials
• WhatsApp Business Account profile cache and phone IDs
• Customer chat history and contact logs associated with your tenant
• Custom message templates and automated reply configurations

3. Processing Timeline

All data deletion requests are verified and executed within 30 calendar days in accordance with Meta Platform Terms. Upon completion, a confirmation receipt will be emailed to your registered administrative address.
