PeakifyX operates as a specialized WhatsApp CRM and marketing automation platform integrated with Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. When client businesses connect their WhatsApp Business Accounts (WABA) or Facebook accounts via PeakifyX:

• Data Minimization: We only access message metadata, template definitions, and incoming inquiries required to provide CRM automation, telecalling workflows, and response routing.
• No Data Resale: We never sell, lease, or distribute business conversation logs, customer lead lists, or Meta access tokens to any third parties or advertising brokers.
• User Data Deletion: In strict compliance with Meta Platform Terms, clients can request full deletion of their connected WhatsApp data, credentials, and message history at any time by following our User Data Deletion Instructions or emailing official@peakifyx.com.
